The short answer

What is a blogger outreach service?

Someone else does the part of link building nobody enjoys.

A blogger outreach service builds backlinks for you the slow, legitimate way, minus your hours. We find blogs in your niche, pitch their owners, agree a topic, write the article, and get it published with your link inside the content. You brief us once and receive live URLs on sites that cleared the DR and traffic floors you ordered. The same service is sometimes sold as guest posting; the mechanics are identical.

It exists for one reason: doing this yourself means prospect lists, pitch emails, follow-ups, writing, and editor back-and-forth, and most of it goes nowhere. We already run that machine every day. You are buying the output without operating the machinery.

Wondering what links cost across the market? We published the study.

What you get

Live, in-content dofollow links on real blogs, each with its DR and traffic verified at placement and visible in your dashboard.

What it takes from you

One brief: tiers, quantities, target URLs, anchors. About five minutes, then the next thing you see is placements going live.

What it costs

A fixed price per link by tier, $79 to $675, writing included. No retainer, no minimum, no quote call.

How our blogger outreach service works

Your part takes about five minutes. Here is our part, day by day, exactly as it shows in your dashboard.

Day 0 · You~5 minutes

Brief us

Pick tiers and quantities, drop in your target URLs and anchors. Want a say on topics, or have your own article? Add it to the brief. That is the whole job on your side.

Days 1 to 3 · UsMetrics pulled fresh

Select and verify

We line up blogs that fit your niche and clear your tier’s floors, then check every metric ourselves before a single pitch goes out. A site that cannot prove its floors never enters your order.

Days 3 to 10 · Us and the bloggerBlogger approves every word

Write, approve, publish

Our writers produce a piece the blog’s readers would actually want, your link sitting naturally in the body. The owner reviews it, sometimes asks for edits, and publishes it under their own standards and byline.

Every day after · Automatic365-day guarantee

Monitor and defend

Each live URL lands in your dashboard with its verified metrics. Our monitor re-checks it daily, and if a link drops or gets nofollowed within 365 days, we fix it or replace it free, no questions asked. Most placements deliver inside 5 to 14 business days end to end.

Inside the writing step

What writes your article: the PRWiz agentic content engine

The optimization layer agencies pay hundreds a month for is one feature inside it. The whole engine writes every article we place, free with every order.

The reviews, and the rankings behind them

Every quote verbatim from a verified review. Every jump below was claimed in writing, in those reviews.

I usually don't like to work with people who are providing guest posts, because 90% of the time I get scammed in some way. PRWiz and their service looked very transparent at first sight, so I gave it a try with a smaller package of links.

Their words, their numbers. We just placed the links.

I bought some Guest Posts & Niche Edits from PRWiz after being recommended by two people I know, who had both used this service. I was very impressed with my order. Quick, friendly service and the links placed were all very natural looking on strong sites, for good price. Will be ordering again very soon.

Shoutout to PRWiz for giving me an excellent guest post link that moved up my keyword ranking from #12 to #4 within a week! I was initially skeptical because of the high pricing, but decided to give it a shot anyway. Now, I feel so glad that I did.

Quality, specifically

The anatomy of a backlink placement worth paying for

“High quality links” is what every seller promises. Here is what we mean by it, next to what we refuse to ship.

What your placement looks like
A contextual link in the content body, not an author-bio, footer, or sidebar link.
Ghostwritten for the blogger, published under their byline, after they approved every word against their own editorial standards.
On a niche-relevant blog people actually read, with DR and organic traffic we verified ourselves. The kind of page Google ranks and AI engines cite.
What never ships

The shortcuts that made link buyers cynical

  • ×Private blog networks. Sites that exist to sell links, the exact pattern Google’s spam policies target.
  • ×Author-box links. A bio blurb pointing at your site is decoration, not an endorsement.
  • ×Ghost-town domains. Strong scores, zero readers. Metrics without traffic is taxidermy.
  • ×Unverified numbers. We never place against a screenshot someone sent us. We pull the data ourselves.

One bad link costs more than it saved. If a site fails our checks, it fails, whatever it costs us.

Three ways to buy from us

Blogger outreach service, marketplace, or fully managed link building?

Same vetted network, three levels of involvement. Each card ends with the honest catch.

This page

Done-for-you tiers

$79 to $675 per link, fixed

Pick this if you know what DR and traffic you need and want zero hours between deciding and delivered.

  • Floors and price guaranteed up front
  • You still choose tiers, anchors and targets
The catch: we pick the sites, the floors are your contract. Want your hands on every choice? Next card. Want your hands on nothing? Last card.
Build your order
Self-serve

The PRWiz marketplace

Publisher-set prices, from $27

Pick this if you enjoy judging sites yourself and want every domain, metric and price on the table before checkout.

  • 8,000+ vetted publishers, fully visible
  • Often cheaper, if you put the hours in
The catch: your time does the vetting. Fun at ten links, a part-time job at a hundred.
Browse the marketplace
Hands off entirely

Fully managed campaigns

From $2,000/mo, scoped to you

Pick this if you want the whole campaign owned by us: which pages to push, which anchors, which tiers, which months, with links as one line of a bigger plan.

  • Strategy, targets and anchor plan, done by us
  • Same network and pricing underneath, no link markup games
The catch: it starts with a scoping call, because a real campaign plan cannot come off a rate card. Eight years of client campaigns say the call is worth it.
Book the scoping call
One service, two names

Blogger outreach vs a guest posting service

You are comparing names, not products. Blogger outreach describes the method, manual outreach to real blog owners. Guest posting describes the format, a new article carrying your backlink. Done right, they are one product. What actually splits the market is how the post gets made.

CriteriaDone right this pageThe version that ruined the name

The right column is cheap everywhere, including here, where it costs $0 because we refuse to sell it. The left column is the only thing our tiers deliver. Order it, or read the FAQ for the fine print.

After it goes live

Every link gets checked every day.

Most services consider the job finished at the live URL. That is exactly when links start quietly dying. So ours enter a daily routine instead.

Any webmaster who removes a paid placement within two years is blacklisted from our network. Incentives do the policing.

Questions

Blogger outreach and guest posting FAQ

The honest versions, including how we can price the tiers this low. Broader link building questions live on the services page.

Is blogger outreach the same as a guest posting service?

Functionally yes. Both place a new article carrying your link on someone else’s blog. Blogger outreach describes the method, contacting real site owners and earning the placement, while guest posting describes the format. We use the outreach term because it points at what actually separates a good link from a bad one: whether a real editor at a real site said yes. Every tier on this page is fulfilled that way regardless of which name you searched for.

How much does blogger outreach cost?

Here, a fixed price per link by tier: $79 at DR 10+ up to $675 at DR 70+, writing included, with a 10% discount on monthly plans. Across the wider market, sellers price the same work as guest posting packages anywhere from under $100 to $500+ per link, and the median placement across 251,831 live offers we studied sells for $240. The reason our tiers sit below that median while guaranteeing floors is in the sourcing answer just below: the prospecting machine already runs.

How do you source the sites for each order?

Every placement comes from genuine blogger outreach. For some orders we prospect and pitch from scratch. For others we select sites from the large-scale outreach campaigns we already run continuously, where the prospecting is done and relationships exist. That is a big part of why our tiers cost less than typical outreach pricing: we are not billing you to rediscover sites we already know.

Either way, everything after selection is identical. The webmaster approves the topic, our writers produce the article, the blog owner reviews and publishes it, and your placement must clear the tier’s DR and traffic floors at go-live. Sourcing only changes where the shortlist came from, never what you receive.

Why are tier prices different from marketplace listing prices?

They are two different products. On the marketplace you browse listings yourself and pay each publisher’s own listed price, whatever it happens to be. The tiers on this page are done-for-you: we guarantee the DR floor, the traffic floor and the price up front, then handle selection, outreach, content and placement. A site we place you on may also be listed on the marketplace, at a price above or below your tier, or not listed at all. If you enjoy choosing sites yourself, self-serve can absolutely come out cheaper. The tiers exist for people whose time is the expensive part.

Can I choose the DR and traffic of the blogs?

That is exactly what the tiers are. Each one guarantees a Domain Rating floor and a monthly organic traffic floor, so ordering DR 40+ means every placement in that order clears DR 40 and 1,000 monthly organic visitors when placed. Mix tiers freely in one order, for example homepage links at DR 50+ and supporting pages at DR 20+.

Who writes the article, and can I supply my own?

Writing is included in every tier, and it is not a ChatGPT paste job. Every article runs through our agentic content engine: live SERP analysis sets the targets, competitor breakdowns map the gaps worth covering, deep research backs claims with cited sources, and destination research tunes the piece to the specific blog it will land on, so owners approve articles that read like their own. If you would rather supply your own article, attach it with your brief and we will pitch that instead, same price. Blog owners can request edits either way, and the piece publishes under the blog’s own byline rather than a guest author box.

Where does my link sit, and is it dofollow?

In the body of the article, on your anchor, pointing at your target page. Placements are dofollow. We do not count author-bio links, footer links or sidebar mentions as placements, those are the shortcuts that gave guest posting a bad name.

How fast will my links go live?

Typically 5 to 14 business days from your brief. Real editors run on their own calendars, which is part of what makes their sites worth being on, so individual placements can occasionally take longer. You watch draft, submitted and live status per placement in your dashboard rather than waiting on an email.

How long do blogger outreach placements last?

These are standard editorial placements sold as permanent, published like any other article on the blog, and the overwhelming majority simply stay up: across the platform, 99% of links remain live after 12 months. Every placement is also covered by our 365-day replacement guarantee: if a link drops, gets nofollowed, or the page disappears within 365 days of placement, we fix it or replace it with a link of similar value, no questions asked. Past the window we keep chasing fixes with the webmaster on a best-effort basis, and any webmaster who removes a paid placement within two years of publishing it is blacklisted from our network. The full standard is in our refund policy and terms.

Can a blogger refuse my link or topic?

Yes. Every placement is published by the blog’s owner, under their own byline and standards, which means they can also say no to a link, an anchor, a topic, or a whole niche. It is their site and entirely their decision, and the fact that they can refuse is what makes their yes worth paying for. When a blogger declines, we simply pitch an alternative site that clears your tier’s floors, and your order carries on.

Do you support casino, crypto, gambling or adult niches?

Not on these done-for-you tiers currently. Casino, crypto, gambling, adult and similar sensitive niches are excluded from the tiers on this page. If that is your niche, two doors are open: the marketplace, which has dedicated filters for sites that accept special niches, and our fully managed service, which can be scoped for them. Dedicated done-for-you services for these niches may come later.

Can I order for multiple websites or clients in one order?

Yes. One order can cover several target domains, each with its own anchors and tiers, which is how agencies typically run client campaigns here. Every placement shows its own metrics in the dashboard, so per-client reporting is a filter, not a spreadsheet project.

Do you provide white label reports?

Yes. Every order can export an unbranded report listing each placement with its live URL and the DR and traffic captured at go-live, ready to send to a client under your own name. Combined with no duplicate domains across your orders, running several client campaigns side by side stays clean.

What does the fully managed plan include?

Everything on this page, plus the thinking. On managed campaigns we decide which pages to push, which anchors to use, which tiers to buy in which months, and we execute and report on all of it. Links are one line of a bigger plan built on eight years of running client campaigns. It starts from $2,000 per month, scoped on a call, because a real plan cannot come off a rate card. The tiers on this page are the right buy when you already know what you need.

Do guest posts and outreach links still work in 2026?

Links from real, trafficked, topically relevant sites remain one of the strongest ranking inputs, and they now do double duty: AI answer engines cite the same credible pages Google rewards. What stopped working is volume link building on farms and networks, which is precisely the inventory we refuse to touch. Our own case studies publish the numbers, including the parts that did not work.

No retainer · no minimum · no quote call

We built a marketplace so you could check our work. These tiers are for when you’d rather not have to.

Build your order, send the anchors, get back to your actual job. Placements typically start landing within two weeks, and every one of them stays watched daily.
