These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AuthorityMagnet OPC Private Limited (“PRWiz,” “we, ” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the PRWiz platform at prwiz.com, including the marketplace, managed services, software dashboards, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
01Acceptance of Terms
You accept these Terms by (a) clicking “I agree” or a similar button during account creation or checkout, (b) using any part of the Services, or (c) continuing to access the Services after we post a revised version. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to “you” apply to that entity.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including Buyers, Publishers, agencies, resellers, and anonymous visitors browsing public marketing pages. Certain features have additional, feature-specific terms that apply in addition to these Terms; where there is a conflict between these Terms and a feature-specific term, the feature-specific term controls for that feature only.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you learn that a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at hello@prwiz.com.

03Eligibility & Account Registration
To use most features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. Your account is personal to you (or to the entity you represent) and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our written consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@prwiz.com of any unauthorized access, suspected compromise, or other security concern. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials or to notify us of a compromise in a timely manner.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or terminate access if we reasonably believe that the information provided is inaccurate, that an account is being used in violation of these Terms, or that continued access poses a risk to other users, Publishers, or the integrity of the marketplace.
04Account Types & Access
PRWiz offers several account types, each with different capabilities, permissions, and responsibilities under these Terms.
Buyer accounts
Buyer accounts may browse Publisher inventory, build campaigns, place Orders, manage link portfolios, and track deliverables. Agencies and resellers may invite team members under a single account with role-based access controls. The primary account holder remains responsible for all activity across invited team members.
Publisher accounts
Publisher accounts may list websites, set rates, manage incoming placement requests, track earnings, and receive payouts. Publishers are independently responsible for editorial control over their own websites; PRWiz does not operate, host, or edit Publisher websites.
Administrative & support access
PRWiz staff may access account data to provide customer support, investigate security incidents, enforce these Terms, respond to legal process, or maintain the Platform. Access is limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose and is logged. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
05Services Offered
PRWiz provides a marketplace and suite of managed link building and digital PR services. Current offerings include, but are not limited to:
- Guest post placements on Publisher websites that match Buyer niche, quality, and metric requirements.
- Link insertions into existing, indexed articles where the placement is contextually relevant.
- Blogger & editorial outreach campaigns coordinated by PRWiz or Buyer-directed.
- HARO / expert-source link building responses and follow-through.
- Press release distribution via partner wire networks.
- Directory submissions across curated, category-relevant directories.
- Digital PR campaigns combining creative storytelling, outreach, and earned editorial coverage.
- Platform tools including backlink monitoring, a publisher database, AI article search, and blacklist management.
We may add, modify, rename, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the scope of a paid feature for which you have an active Order or Subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the Platform, by email, or through a prominent banner.
06Orders & Payment Terms
Orders are placed through the Platform and become binding when confirmed (for example, after successful payment or an explicit acceptance message). Once confirmed, Orders enter the fulfillment queue and are subject to the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund handling.
Payment for Orders is generally required in advance and is processed through our third-party payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full Order amount, including applicable taxes and fees, to that method.
You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and governmental charges that apply to your purchases, except for taxes based on our net income. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise fails after fulfillment has begun, we may suspend open Orders, pause account access, or pursue collection of amounts owed, and we may disable access to any deliverables associated with the disputed Order until the matter is resolved.
Invoices & receipts
A receipt for each successful transaction is sent to the email address on file and is also available from the billing section of the Platform. Enterprise invoicing terms (net-30, purchase orders) are available on request and require a separate written agreement.
07Currency & Intangible Goods
All prices displayed on the Platform are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly labeled otherwise at the point of display. Your bank or payment processor may apply currency conversion, cross-border, or foreign transaction fees on top of the quoted amount; those fees are set by your payment provider and are not controlled by PRWiz. The final amount debited to your payment instrument may therefore differ from the USD amount shown at checkout.
The Services and all deliverables sold through the Platform are intangible, digital, and non-shippable. There is no physical product, no tracking number, and no shipping address. Because of the intangible nature of the Services, certain protections that payment processors apply to physical goods — including PayPal’s “Seller Protection” program, which expressly excludes intangible and digital items — do not apply to transactions on the Platform. Chargeback and dispute eligibility is governed by the payment processor’s rules for digital services, the Refund Policy, and applicable law.
By placing an Order, you acknowledge that you understand the intangible nature of the Services and that the merchant of record for your purchase is AuthorityMagnet OPC Private Limited, which operates the PRWiz Platform.
08Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Certain features of the Services are available as recurring Subscriptions. Subscription plans, included allocations, and billing cycles are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase and are incorporated into your Order upon checkout.
Unless you cancel before the end of the then-current billing cycle, Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for additional periods of the same length. You may cancel a Subscription at any time from the billing section of the Platform; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access to paid features until that date unless the Platform indicates otherwise.
We may change Subscription pricing, feature allocations, or plan structure. For material changes that affect an active Subscription, we will provide notice by email or in-app message reasonably in advance of the change taking effect on your account. Continued use of the Subscription after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Refunds and prorations for Subscriptions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is the authoritative source for Subscription refund handling.
09Order Fulfillment Timeline
PRWiz is committed to fulfilling every Order within a reasonable, clearly-communicated timeframe. Fulfillment windows vary by service because each product has a different underlying workflow and a different mix of third parties involved.
Typical fulfillment ranges, measured from Order confirmation, are:
- Guest post placements — typically 14 to 45 days, depending on Publisher backlog, content workflow, and revision cycles.
- Link insertions — typically 7 to 21 days, depending on Publisher responsiveness and page selection.
- Multi-placement campaigns and bundles — typically 30 to 90+ days, because bundles involve multiple Publishers, coordinated outreach, and staggered publication.
- Digital PR campaigns — typically 30 to 90 days, reflecting creative production, outreach, and earned media follow-through.
- Press release distribution — typically 1 to 5 business days from wire submission to distribution report.
- Directory submissions — typically 14 to 60 days, depending on each directory’s editorial review cadence.
These ranges are planning guidance, not a contractual time-of-the-essence promise. Some Orders complete faster; others legitimately take longer because link building depends on third-party editorial calendars, Publisher availability, and real-world outreach dynamics that PRWiz cannot unilaterally compress.
If a fulfillment window is expected to exceed the typical range, PRWiz communicates proactively via email with a revised estimate and the reason for the delay. If an Order becomes fundamentally undeliverable (the service cannot be fulfilled despite reasonable efforts), refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, which is the authoritative source for all refund thresholds, timelines, and processes.
10Marketplace & Placement Rules
The marketplace exists to produce placements that are useful to readers, editorially credible for Publishers, and search-engine compliant for Buyers. Every Order placed through the Platform is subject to the rules in this section.
Links & anchor text
- Each Order permits a defined number of outbound links to the Buyer’s target URLs as specified at checkout. Extra links beyond the purchased allocation are not permitted without a separate Order.
- Links must be standard dofollow HTML anchors. The link must not carry rel=“sponsored”, rel=“ugc”, rel=“nofollow”, or any other directive that prevents equity from flowing, unless the Order explicitly calls for such an attribute.
- Anchor text must be contextually relevant to the surrounding paragraph. Exact-match commercial anchors are permitted where editorially appropriate; the Buyer specifies the preferred anchor at Order time.
- The page carrying the link must be indexable (no
noindexdirective, no robots.txt disallow, no /sponsored/ URL structure) and must remain accessible to search engine crawlers for the life of the link.
Content quality & relevance
- Content must be original, not previously published elsewhere, and written specifically for the target Publisher’s audience.
- Articles must meet minimum length, readability, and editorial standards. Publishers may set their own additional house-style requirements.
- Content must not be plagiarized, machine-spun, or purely AI-generated without human review and editorial oversight. AI assistance in drafting is permitted; wholesale, unreviewed model output is not.
- Content must not contain hate speech, illegal material, defamation, doxxing, deceptive claims, malware, or anything that would expose the Publisher to legal risk.
11Content Workflow & Approval
The content workflow for placement Orders generally follows this sequence, though individual product workflows may differ in detail:
- Brief intake — the Buyer submits target URL(s), preferred anchor text, topic preferences, and any special instructions at Order time.
- Topic & Publisher match — PRWiz or the assigned Publisher confirms the topic, outline, and suitability for the Publisher’s editorial voice.
- Draft delivery — the completed article is shared with the Buyer for review.
- Revision cycle — Buyers may request one round of reasonable revisions per Order (additional rounds may be available under separate terms). Revisions that change the link target, anchor text, or article direction materially may be billed as a separate change order.
- Publisher approval & publication — the Publisher applies its house-style edits and publishes the final article on its website.
- Verification & delivery — the live URL is recorded in the Buyer dashboard and the Order is marked as fulfilled.
Buyers may request content modifications before publication, subject to the revision cycle above. After publication, changes that require Publisher-side edits are discretionary and may be subject to a separate Order.
12Publisher Obligations & Link Validity
Publishers accepted into the PRWiz network agree to the editorial and operational standards in this section. These standards exist to protect Buyer trust in the marketplace, which in turn protects Publisher earnings over time.
Validity Window Standard
Every link placed through the PRWiz marketplace carries a validity window that is specified on the listing at the time of purchase. Typical windows are six months, one year, or permanent (lifetime) placements. During the validity window attached to a listing, the Publisher agrees to keep the link live, dofollow, indexable, and functionally equivalent to its published form, and not to unilaterally remove, nofollow, no-index, 404, redirect away from, or otherwise degrade the link without prior written consent from PRWiz. For permanent and lifetime placements, the 365-Day Standard described in the Refund Policy is the quality floor during which PRWiz actively pursues restoration and replacement on the Buyer’s behalf, though permanent placements are expected to remain live indefinitely.
Legitimate technical events (site redesigns, CMS migrations, ownership changes, URL restructuring) are not violations if communicated in advance and handled with proper 301 redirects that preserve link equity. Honest Publishers are never penalized for legitimate technical issues; please contact hello@prwiz.com before making changes that could affect placed links.
Indexability & crawlability
The page hosting a placed link must remain accessible to search engine crawlers for the life of the link. This means the page must not carry a noindex meta tag, must not be blocked by robots.txt, and must not be moved behind a login wall or a paywall that hides it from crawlers.
Payment to Publishers
Publishers are compensated based on the rates confirmed at the time an individual placement Order is accepted. Payment is processed after publication is verified, following the cadence described in the Publisher dashboard. PRWiz does not charge listing fees, subscription fees, or transaction fees to Publishers; Publishers receive the full agreed rate for each fulfilled placement.
13Sponsored Disclosure Policy
PRWiz strongly prefers placements that are published as regular editorial content without sponsored disclosure. Placements without disclosure typically perform better for Buyers and command better rates for Publishers.
Publishers whose editorial policies require disclosure of paid placements (a disclaimer paragraph, an “in partnership with” note, or a similar editorial tag) are still welcome in the network, provided they declare the disclosure requirement during application so that Buyers see accurate information before purchasing.
What PRWiz cannot work with under any circumstances, regardless of disclosure, is:
- The link itself carrying rel=“sponsored” or rel=“ugc” HTML attributes.
- Posts published under a
/sponsored/,/partner/, or similar URL segment that signals non-editorial intent. noindexdirectives on the post’s page or robots.txt blocks preventing search engine discovery.- Any structural treatment that prevents the link from passing equity to the Buyer’s target URL.
14Specialized Niches
PRWiz accepts Orders for specialized niches including cryptocurrency, casino and iGaming, CBD and cannabis, and adult content at separately negotiated rates. Pricing for these verticals is not governed by the standard public tier table because buyer demand, Publisher supply, content requirements, and competitive dynamics differ meaningfully from the mainstream inventory.
When you submit an Order in one of these verticals, contact hello@prwiz.com with your target niche, target URLs, volume expectations, and any editorial constraints so we can scope the engagement and confirm rates in writing before work begins.
Publishers who operate in specialized niches are encouraged to declare those verticals during application. The network has active Buyer demand across all of the above categories, and accurately-labeled inventory earns stronger long-term placement flow.
You remain responsible for ensuring that any content, product, or service you promote through the Services is lawful in the jurisdictions where it is accessed and is compliant with the advertising, consumer protection, and platform policies that apply to that vertical.
15Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the behaviors that are strictly prohibited on the Platform. It is incorporated into these Terms and applies to every user, Order, and piece of Content on the Platform.
You agree that you will not use the Services, directly or indirectly, for any of the following:
- Promoting, distributing, or linking to content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that infringes any third party’s rights.
- Distributing malware, phishing pages, scam content, cryptocurrency rug pulls, fake investment schemes, or other deceptive material intended to harm readers or consumers.
- Promoting illegal drugs, weapons, human trafficking, child exploitation, or any other category prohibited by law in the Publisher’s or Buyer’s jurisdiction.
- Attempting to manipulate the Platform through fake accounts, credential sharing, account resale, inventory scraping, automated ordering bots, or bypassing rate limits.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform, or attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorization.
- Interfering with the integrity or performance of the Services, including denial-of-service attempts, excessive load generation, or injection attacks.
- Using the Services to send unsolicited bulk communication or spam to Publishers, Buyers, or third parties.
- Using Placements to promote content that violates search engine webmaster guidelines in a way that would harm Publishers’ standing with search engines.
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate Order cancellation, account suspension or termination, forfeiture of unfulfilled balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or the filing of a chargeback dispute on our behalf.
16Prohibited Conduct & Enforcement
In addition to the AUP above, the following behaviors are grounds for immediate enforcement action:
- Misrepresenting your website metrics, ownership, or editorial control when applying to the Publisher network.
- Publishing content that does not match the approved draft, substituting target URLs, or altering anchor text without consent.
- Removing, redirecting, de-indexing, or degrading a placed link within the listing’s validity window without prior written consent.
- Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for an Order that has been fulfilled in accordance with the Order specification and the Refund Policy.
- Using Buyer funds or Publisher payouts for purposes other than the Order for which they were provided.
PRWiz reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether conduct violates these Terms and to apply enforcement measures proportionate to the violation, including warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of pending balances, disclosure to affected counterparties, and cooperation with law enforcement.
17Refund Policy Reference
All refund, cancellation, replacement, and dispute-handling matters are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Refund Policy is the authoritative source for refund eligibility, timelines, the Validity Window Standard, replacement-first process, cancellation of work already in progress, and payment processor dispute handling.
Where these Terms reference a refund-related concept, the Refund Policy controls any ambiguity. Nothing in these Terms creates additional refund rights or obligations beyond those granted by the Refund Policy and by applicable law.
18Intellectual Property
The PRWiz Platform, including its software, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, copy, design system, and underlying databases, is owned by AuthorityMagnet OPC Private Limited and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Content submitted by Buyers
By submitting Content to the Services (briefs, target URLs, preferred anchor text, feedback, reference material), you grant PRWiz a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, and transmit that Content for the purpose of fulfilling your Order, operating the Platform, and performing related analytics and reporting. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
Content published on Publisher websites
Once an article is published on a Publisher’s website, the Publisher retains editorial and copyright ownership of that article on their own property, subject to the link-placement and revocation terms described in these Terms.
19Third-Party Services
The Services rely on and interoperate with third-party providers, including payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery services, analytics tools, press release wire networks, and search engine APIs. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, which are outside the scope of this document.
PRWiz is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of any third-party website or service, including websites reached via links placed through the marketplace. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.
20Disclaimers & No-Guarantee Clause
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRWIZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
No SEO, ranking, or traffic guarantee. PRWiz does not guarantee any specific search engine ranking, organic traffic uplift, keyword position, domain rating change, backlink equity score, conversion rate, revenue outcome, or other performance metric from any Placement or campaign. Search engine algorithms are proprietary, frequently updated, and influenced by hundreds of factors outside the Platform’s control; any projections, benchmarks, or example outcomes shown in marketing material are illustrative only and are not a contractual promise of results.
No guarantee against algorithmic action. While PRWiz follows white-hat editorial practices and vets Publisher inventory, no link building provider can guarantee that a third-party search engine will never devalue, discount, or penalize a link. You accept that this risk is inherent to off-site SEO and that PRWiz bears no liability for third-party search engine actions beyond its control.
No guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The Platform is subject to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and outages caused by upstream providers. We will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
No guarantee of Publisher acceptance. Placement Orders are subject to Publisher acceptance and editorial review. Where a specific Publisher declines an Order, PRWiz will source an equivalent Publisher that meets the Order specification. The ultimate remedy for an Order that cannot be fulfilled is governed by the Refund Policy.
No guarantee of reader behavior. PRWiz does not guarantee click-through rates, referral traffic, time on page, or any reader-side outcome from a Placement. Reader behavior depends on the Buyer’s target URL, copy, offer, and the Publisher’s audience.

23Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by closing your account from the Platform settings. Active Orders, pending balances, and post-termination obligations survive account closure to the extent necessary for PRWiz to complete open work and honor the Refund Policy.
PRWiz may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, the AUP, the Refund Policy, or any applicable law; that continued access poses a security, legal, or reputational risk; or that termination is required to protect the Platform, its users, or third parties.
On termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
