Block domains once. Filter every search automatically.
A complete blacklist manager for serious link buyers. Add domains one at a time, paste a messy list from anywhere, or import a CSV with column mapping. Blocked domains disappear from every marketplace search and the publisher database silently.
Four ways to build your blacklist — without copy-pasting one URL at a time
Whether you’re adding a single competitor or importing a 500-row spreadsheet from your client’s compliance team, the blacklist supports the workflow that matches your situation.
Single Add
Add one domain at a time with a project tag and optional notes. Live preview shows exactly how the URL will be normalized before saving.
- example.com
- + project tag
- + notes field
Bulk Paste
Paste a messy list from anywhere — an email, a Slack message, a Google Doc. The extractor pulls clean domains from URLs, brackets, parentheses, markdown links, and quoted text.
- From emails
- From docs
- Up to 500 at once
CSV Import
Import a CSV with column mapping. Auto-detects common headers (domain, url, website, notes, project) and lets you map manually if your file uses custom column names.
- Column mapping UI
- 3-row preview
- Auto-detection
CSV Export
Export your filtered or full blacklist to CSV anytime. Includes domain, status, source, project, notes, and date added — ready to share with clients or back up offline.
- Filtered or full
- All metadata
- Client-shareable
Blocked domains silently disappear from every search
The blacklist isn’t a separate page you have to remember to check. Once a domain is blocked, it’s automatically filtered out of every marketplace search, every publisher database query, and every AI Article Search result — with view modes you control.
- Block All — the default, hides every blocked domain across the entire blacklist regardless of project tag
- Unassigned Only — only filter domains tagged with “no project,” letting project-tagged blocks pass through
- Per-project view — activate the blacklist filter for a specific project, letting other clients’ blocks pass through
- Block None — temporarily disable blacklist filtering for browsing without losing any data
- Plus a separate “Hide Previously Ordered” toggle — complementary feature that filters domains based on your order history (not the blacklist)
When the blacklist actually saves you money
Whether you’re an agency managing multiple clients or an in-house SEO managing dozens of domains, the blacklist is the safety net for the things you don’t want to think about.
Avoid duplicate purchases
Add every domain you’ve previously ordered from to the blacklist with a project tag. The marketplace silently filters them out of all future searches — no more accidentally buying the same link twice.
Block competitor domains
Paste your client’s competitor list directly into the bulk paste modal — even if it’s a messy list copied from an email or PDF. The extractor pulls clean domains automatically.
Manage compliance lists per client
Some enterprise clients arrive with a 50-200 row compliance exclusion list. Import the CSV with column mapping, tag every entry with that client’s project, and you’re protected on day one.
Pre-block domains before they appear
Block domains that aren’t yet in the PRWiz catalog. They’re tagged as “pre-blocked” and the system automatically reclassifies them to “in catalog” the moment they’re added by a vendor or admin — you stay protected.
The hidden cost of buying links without a blacklist
Most marketplaces don’t have proper blacklist support. You’re left manually checking every order against a spreadsheet — if you check at all.
Blacklist questions, answered

Are blacklists per-project, or one big list?
One unified blacklist per account, with optional project tagging on each entry. A domain can appear once in your blacklist regardless of how many projects you have — but you can tag it with a specific project for organizational purposes.
The marketplace filter then lets you control how the blacklist is applied at search time: Block All (the default, applies every blocked domain), Unassigned Only (only blocks untagged entries), or per-project view (activates blocks tagged for a specific project). This gives you per-client filtering behavior without forcing you to maintain separate lists.
What happens when I block a domain?
The domain disappears from your marketplace search results, the publisher database, and AI Article Search results — silently. There’s no popup, no warning, no friction. It just doesn’t show up in places you’d browse for new sites to order from.
The filtering is server-side and applies automatically based on your active blacklist view mode. You don’t need to remember to check anything — the system handles it for you.
What’s the difference between "in catalog" and "pre-blocked"?
“In catalog” means the domain you blocked is currently a real PRWiz marketplace site — you’re actively filtering it out of your search results. “Pre-blocked” means the domain isn’t yet in the PRWiz catalog — you’re blocking it ahead of time so you’re protected if it ever gets added.
PRWiz auto-detects the status when you add a domain. If it gets added to the catalog later, the system automatically reclassifies it from “pre-blocked” to “in catalog” without any action from you.
How does bulk paste actually work?
Paste any text containing domains or URLs into the bulk paste modal — an email, a Slack message copy-pasted, a Word document selection, a markdown link list, anything. The extractor strips out brackets, parentheses, quotes, asterisks, markdown link syntax, protocols (http://, https://), www prefixes, paths, query strings, and ports — leaving you with clean bare domains ready to add.
You can paste up to 500 entries at a time. The preview shows a count of valid domains found before you submit, so you know exactly what will be added.
How does CSV import work?
Three-step flow. Step 1: upload a .csv or .txt file. The parser handles BOM stripping, Windows line endings, and quoted fields automatically. Step 2: column mapping — you see a card per CSV column with a dropdown to map it to Domain (required), Notes, Project, or Skip. Auto-detects common headers like “domain”, “url”, “website”, “host”, “note”, “comment”, “reason”, “project”, “group”, “category”. Step 3: import — you can import up to 500 rows per request.
Single-column files skip the mapping step entirely — the parser just auto-maps to Domain and detects whether the first row is a header or data.
Can I share my blacklist with team members?
Yes. Buyer team members on your account share your blacklist by default through PRWiz’s team management system. Whether each team member can view or modify the blacklist is controlled by two permission flags (can_view_blacklist and can_manage_blacklist) that you grant from the team management page.
This means your team always sees the same blocked domains automatically — no manual coordination needed. When one team member adds a competitor to the blacklist, every other team member is protected immediately.
What’s the "Hide Previously Ordered" toggle?
It’s a separate but related feature that complements the blacklist. The “Hide Previously Ordered” toggle in the marketplace filter sidebar excludes any domain you’ve already placed an order from — using your order history, not your blacklist.
The two work well together: use the blacklist for permanent exclusions (competitors, low-quality sites, compliance lists), and use “Hide Previously Ordered” as a session-only toggle when you want to exclude past purchases without making them permanent blacklist entries.
Is the blacklist free?
Yes. The blacklist manager is included free with every PRWiz account, including the free tier. There’s no per-domain pricing, no project limits, no upgrade required. Single add, bulk paste, CSV import, CSV export, project tagging, and marketplace filtering are all available from day one.
