Monetize your site with quality sponsored content
Join the PRWiz publisher network and earn premium rates for guest posts and link insertions. No fees, timely payments, professional content, and fair validity window protection on every listing. Run by a team that's been working with publishers since 2018.
Choose how you want to monetize your site
Publishers can participate in either or both partnership types based on their preferences and website structure. We offer flexible options so you can match sponsored content to how your site actually operates.
Guest Posts
Publish new, complete articles on your site with embedded backlinks. We provide the full content (expertly written by our team), and you publish it as a new page on your site. Higher rates, simpler process.
- 700–1,500 word articles professionally written by our content team
- Full approval rights — review and request revisions before publishing
- Choose your own writer if you prefer (at your rate)
- You retain content ownership after publication
- Dofollow links are our default — nofollow accepted if that's your site's policy
Link Insertions
Add our backlinks to your existing ranking content. No new articles to publish — just contextual links added to pages you've already created. Faster, easier, and a great way to monetize pages that are already driving traffic.
- Existing content only — pages 3+ months old, already indexed
- Contextually relevant placements you choose and approve
- Natural anchor text provided with suggested context
- You suggest the page — we welcome your recommendations
- Dofollow is the default — nofollow accepted if that's your site's policy
Earnings tiers based on your site's authority
Compensation is structured by Domain Rating (DR) and monthly organic traffic. Higher metrics command premium rates. Actual compensation is determined case-by-case based on niche competitiveness, content requirements, and other quality factors. Both DR and traffic must meet tier requirements — if one metric qualifies but the other doesn't, placement is typically evaluated at the lower tier. Final rates are always negotiated individually and reflect the specific value of each publisher.
Built by publishers, for publishers
We've been working with website owners since 2018. The partnership program reflects eight years of learning what makes publisher relationships actually work — and what doesn't.
Consistent revenue stream
Monetize your site with a sustainable additional revenue stream. Active publishers in high-demand niches receive regular placement opportunities when their pricing aligns with buyer budgets, with zero effort required beyond publishing the content.
Professional content
Our content team writes 700–1,500 word articles that are relevant to your niche, professionally edited, and actually add value to your audience. Or use your own writers — either works.
Premium buyer network
Connect with our network of 500+ agencies and in-house teams actively buying placements, plus additional buyers sourced through our Authority Magnet managed services division.
Zero management overhead
We handle all client communications, content creation, revisions, and placement coordination. You just review the content and publish. No sales, no marketing, no customer service.
Timely payments, no fees
Payment within 3–5 business days after publication is verified. Zero platform fees for publishers — our fee is built into what buyers pay. Your full rate, every time.
Long-term partnership
Build a sustainable relationship with a reputable agency. Metrics grow? Rates grow with them. As your site's authority improves over time, so does your compensation.

The 365-day link standard
Our quality commitment to buyers — and the rule that protects every honest publisher in the network.
One of the reasons buyers trust PRWiz is that every link sold through our marketplace is expected to remain live for at least 365 days from the publication date, unless the listing explicitly states a shorter window (some short-term sponsorship placements have different terms, clearly marked at the time of purchase). Permanent placements are our preferred default, and many publishers on the network offer lifetime terms. Shorter validity windows — 2 years, 1 year, or 6 months — are also accepted case by case when that's what works for your site, just let us know at application time.
This standard is what separates PRWiz from networks where links disappear after a few weeks and buyers feel cheated. It protects buyers, but it also protects you — because the publishers who play by the rules get to operate in a marketplace where buyers actually trust the inventory and keep coming back.
If a link is removed
If a link is taken down within the 365-day window, our team contacts the publisher directly to understand what happened. Most cases are simple misunderstandings or accidental deletions during site updates.
We work to restore it
We give publishers a fair window to restore the link — typically 7–14 days — with direct communication and hands-on support. The vast majority of cases are resolved in this stage.
If unresolved
If a publisher refuses to restore the link or repeatedly violates the standard without legitimate cause, the publisher is removed from the PRWiz network and added to our publicly maintained vendor blacklist.
We vet every site — including yours
Every application goes through a rigorous multi-point quality control check before approval. This is why buyers trust the PRWiz network — and why publishers who pass deserve premium rates.
The checks we run on every application
Our SEO & Backlink Specialist personally reviews every domain before it enters the PRWiz catalog. Eight years of doing this has taught us exactly what separates publishers that buyers trust from the ones they don't.
Every check below is evaluated as part of the application review process.

Publisher questions, answered
Everything you need to know about joining the PRWiz publisher network. Still have questions? Email us at hello@prwiz.com.
How do I apply to join the publisher network?
Email hello@prwiz.com with your site URL, monthly organic traffic stats, primary niche, DR/DA metrics, and preferred compensation rates. We typically review applications within 3 business days. Once approved, you’ll be active in the network and eligible for placement requests. The timing of your first request depends on current buyer demand in your niche and how well your site matches what they’re searching for.
Is there a minimum traffic requirement for my website?
Yes. We generally look for websites with at least 1,000 monthly organic visitors, though requirements may vary based on niche relevance, content quality, and other factors. A DR 20+ site in a high-competition niche with excellent editorial quality may be approved even if traffic is slightly below that threshold.
Can I participate if my website is in a language other than English?
Yes. We work with publishers in multiple languages. Please specify your website’s primary language in your application. We have active buyers looking for placements in most major European languages, plus Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German.
How many placement requests can I expect each month?
This varies significantly based on your website’s metrics, niche, and current buyer demand. Some publishers receive multiple requests per week during high-demand periods, while others see them more occasionally — it depends on how well your site matches what our buyers are actively searching for. Competitive niches (SaaS, finance, health, marketing, B2B) tend to see stronger demand. We recommend thinking of the network as a source of regular placement opportunities when your pricing aligns with buyer budgets, rather than a guaranteed monthly volume.
Will joining the network negatively affect my website’s SEO?
No. We follow white-hat practices and provide high-quality, relevant content that adds value to your audience rather than harming it. All content meets search engine guidelines. We do not place content on sites in ways that could trigger algorithmic penalties — contextual integration, relevance, and editorial quality are core to everything we do.
Do you work with publishers in specialized niches like crypto, casino/gambling, CBD, or adult?
Yes — we actively work with publishers across all these verticals. Pricing for specialized niches is negotiated separately from our standard tiers because buyer demand, competition, and content requirements differ meaningfully. When you apply, just mention which specialized niches your site covers and any pricing you have in mind for each — we’ll work out rates that reflect what the niche actually commands in the market.
Can I edit the content you provide?
Minor edits for style, tone, and alignment with your house style are acceptable and encouraged. Significant changes to content structure or any modification that affects the link placement requires prior approval. The goal is professional content that fits your site’s voice — we want it to read naturally alongside your existing articles.
What if I don’t like the content you’ve provided?
You can request revisions if the content doesn’t meet your editorial standards or align with your website’s style. We’ll work with you until the content is ready to publish. In rare cases where the content simply isn’t a fit, we can cancel the placement with no penalty to you.
How quickly must I publish content after receiving it?
We request publication within 7 days of content approval to ensure timely service to our buyers. If you anticipate a delay (holidays, vacation, editorial backlog), just let us know in advance and we’ll arrange a reasonable extension.
Can I publish the content under my own name or a staff writer?
Yes. You’re welcome to publish under your own name, a staff writer name associated with your website, or a contributor byline. Many publishers prefer to maintain a consistent author voice across their site — this works perfectly with our program.
Do I need to disclose sponsored content?
Our strong preference is placements without sponsored disclosure — published as regular editorial content on your site. That’s what our buyers prefer, and sites that don’t require disclosure typically command the best rates. However, if your site’s editorial policy requires disclosure of sponsored content (a disclaimer paragraph, an “in partnership with” note, or similar), we still work with you — but you must tell us during application so we can list your site accurately and buyers know exactly what they’re ordering before they purchase. What we can’t work with under any circumstances: the link itself carrying rel="sponsored" or rel="ugc" HTML attributes, posts published under a /sponsored/ URL structure, or noindex/nofollow directives in robots.txt on the post’s page. The link must remain discoverable to search engines and the page must be indexable.
What makes a page eligible for link insertion?
Eligible pages should be: relevant to the link topic, already indexed in Google, receiving organic traffic, at least 3–6 months old, and have minimal existing outbound links (ideally 5 or fewer). We also check that the page has no competing links in the same niche that would dilute the placement.
Can I suggest which pages to place the links on?
Absolutely — we encourage it. You know your site better than anyone, and your suggestions for strong placement candidates often lead to the best results. We may suggest alternatives if a page doesn’t meet insertion criteria, but publisher input is always welcome.
Will you provide the exact anchor text and context?
Yes. We provide the target URL, anchor text, and often a suggested paragraph or sentence that can be added to help integrate the link naturally. You can modify the surrounding context to better fit your article’s voice — the requirement is just that the link placement remains contextually relevant.
How is my compensation determined?
Compensation is based on your website’s Domain Rating (DR), monthly organic traffic, niche relevance, and content requirements. Higher metrics generally command better rates. See the earnings tiers section above for typical compensation ranges. Final rates are negotiated case-by-case during the application review — you specify your preferred rate, and we either accept, counter-offer, or decline.
When and how will I get paid?
Payment is processed within 3–5 business days after publication is verified. In special circumstances (holidays, payment processor delays, first-time publisher verification), it may take up to 14 days. PayPal is our primary method — fast, reliable, works globally. We also accept Payoneer on request, and credit card payments if you can send us a payment link we can pay through. For publishers based in India, we additionally accept UPI and direct bank transfer.
Are there any fees charged to publishers?
No. Publishers participate in the network at no cost — no subscription fees, no listing fees, no transaction cuts. You receive your full agreed rate for every placement, paid directly after publication verification.
Do you offer recurring or rental payments?
No. Our payments are one-time for permanent placements. We don’t use a rental or recurring payment model. Once a placement is published and paid for, both parties consider the transaction complete — subject to the 365-day link standard described above.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
No. We pay for each placement individually with no minimum threshold. Whether you do one placement a month or many, you get paid for each one separately.
What happens if I need to remove a link for legitimate reasons?
Every link placed through PRWiz is expected to remain live for at least 365 days from the publication date — this protects buyer trust in the marketplace, which protects publisher revenue. If a link must be removed for legitimate reasons (site redesign, CMS migration, accidental deletion, content cleanup, ownership change), contact us first at hello@prwiz.com and we’ll work with you to restore link continuity in a way that works for your situation. Honest publishers are never penalized for legitimate technical issues.
What happens if I’m redesigning my website?
Notify us in advance at hello@prwiz.com so we can coordinate link continuity during the transition. As long as links remain permanent and functional after the redesign (even at different URLs with proper 301 redirects), there’s no issue. Most of our long-term publishers have gone through multiple redesigns without incident because they communicated proactively.
